PH to UN on Dispute Case

China's aggressive action on expansive claims on territorial reclamation pressures Philippine government to ask UN tribunals action, in order to accelerate its petition towards China's claims.

  

Jose Spokesman FD said on a conference “request has been made towards china settling for a solution for the case, our Philippine legal team has been notified and they will be presenting the request to the tribunal body for a quick action if china continues to ignore our petition”.

“Day by day situation on south China sea may become worst” – Del Rosario said, China claims almost all of south china sea even if it is already beyond rule and within the shores of the affected country. “Since china is ignoring our call, the best way for us Philippines is to direct on the tribunal body”. Del Rosario added.

If tension on claims gets worst everything will be affected, we should prepare for what might china respond towards our call for a resolution. But nevertheless we will be back up with the UNCLOS agreement in which china disobeys.
