2 Big Japanese owned Businesses in China to Move in the Philippines

Despite the difficulties faced by Japanese in doing business in Philippines, it was officially announced that around 80 Japanese enterprises will be coming in the country.

The large Japanese enterprises were expected to scout investment opening in banking, infrastructure, manufacturing and energy.

The President in Chamber of Commerce Philippine Incorporated Tetsuo Tomino said that “Two big businesses were organized by the Japanese business federation (Keidanren) and Kansai Economic Federation (Kankeiren). Each business comprises around thirty to forty company officials to the Philippines.

“These two Japanese enterprises have factories and buildings in China, but with Chinese increasing labor cost and the not so good relationship between both countries Japan and China, these two companies were looking a new place to build its manufacturing facilities over the Asian Area”.

Philippine has strong points to consider for the Japanese companies in setting their manufacturing facilities. Philippines were not so populated and have a reasonable number of good workers who were fluent in speaking English. And besides Philippine is close to Japan.

    2. I don't know where you got the idea where there is not a good relationship between the two contries. WW2 is way way over the past and nobody seems to care anymore what happened ages ago. Relationship between japan and the philippines has never been stronger. Add also South Korea on one of the strong allies of the Philippines.

  11. Even this is considered to be good news for Philippines, corruption should be stop first. But how to stop it when people love doing it?

Educate the people since from the start. Even the SK( Sangguniang Kabataan) they were teach how to manipulate things in order for them to get something.

  12. If Labor Unions are not allowed, foreign investors like Japan will come, stay, expand and proper in the Philippines. After all, China will have labor shortage in five to ten years. The children of Chinese factory workers will not be factory workers. And the children of factory workers are not proportionately abundant - think about the one-child policy. We are fortunate to have Tatay Digong during these prosperous time of our country. Take part in raising hardworking, diligent and honest children. Take part in volunteering for church and school programs. The next 10 to 20 years is our time. Tourism will boom, construction of infrastructures as well as factories will flourish and millions will join the middle class.

  24. Er, can you show citations and sources to prove this is true? I'm already sick and tired of made-up news anti-China that turned out to be not true (a total of 23 so far, being made up by sites to increase traffic). Sorry, I am not the gullible type and I were to believe in something, it has to be THE TRUTH!
