7 Habits that will make you Happy Everyday

Is it hard to be happy sometimes?

I asked myself with that question many times, like me, you might also reach to the point that your comfort zone is enough for you.

But leaving your comfort zone could lead you to be happier at least you can find yourself in the community happily spending your time. 


So let us consider these 7 habits that will make your happy.
  1. Rethink how to be happy, don’t just sit there. Remember that life is short, do not wait for the perfect moment to come, search for it and go with it. Imagine that happiness is to fall from the sky. This happiness can be an opportunity, money, or a special someone.Live with happiness and stop looking it
  2. Don’t seek for happiness it will lead you to anxiety, this normally happens for those who look for happiness and do everything to achieved those happiness. But this might lead to frustration; you can start to be happy by just forgiving someone who hurt you. Open your mind and make a space for reconciliation.
  3. Paradigm Shift, happiness is not just a product of success.  Your happiness is the key factor to be a successful with the type of endeavor you are dealing with. Do things that you love and you will succeed with it.
  4. Let good people surround you, then let yourself surrounded by negative people. The law of attraction plays and important factor with your happiness.
  5. Enjoy your life and live with it, don’t worry with your future it will come sooner. Spend your life wisely for we only live ones.
  6. Start an Exercise. This can make your physically and morally active. Exercise is powerful and can calm anxiety and stress.
  7. Be Grateful, give thanks share your blessings and express your gratitude towards other. Don’t rely on the past but instead focus on the present.
