Old Maps from China Negate its Spratlys Historical claim

Senior Ph—Supreme Court Associate Justice Carpio presented the new publicly obtainable maps that will define China’s territorial boundaries from the year 1136 to 1933.

Carpio, one who led launching of cartographic exhibit at University of Philippines at Diliman, explained that one of its batch maps, those are made by the Chinese authorities that was commissioned during te old dynasties.


As you can see the Maps that has been presented, none of them indicates the ownership of the disputed Kalyaan or Spratlys in any part of South China Sea that was claimed by Philippines authorities covered by Asian giant's control.
