President Aquino declares a total wipeout/terminate of the ABU SAYYAF

The Mr. Aquino Philippine president says that the government will now 'terminate the ill-intentioned groups ASG,' day after the 6 Philippine soldiers, including the junior officer that were recently killed in the encounter with ASG bandits in Basilan.

Military will now continue to hunt down Abu Sayyaf Members until they will be totally wiped out.

The said statement was an assurance given by the Philippine President last November 3, saying that Philippine government has the “sufficient forces” to battle with the rebel militants.

Aquino assured by Philippine police and military that they have enough forces to finish these ill—intentioned groups. President acknowledged that the military attacks getting aggressive, and Abu Sayyaf will respond with the same passion.

Aquino said that “The Philippine defense has several battalions. This several do not mean one or two or even three, but this means some of our elite forces and regular infantry line battalions are going to do offensive operations to all of these mountain lairs and the heavily wooded jungle and to the dense areas to precisely deprive them safe to havens.”

President Aquino also said that his government has regular meetings how to deal with this ASG (Abu Sayyaf) that administration is now seeking for a short and long term results.
