After the reported incident, the
police authorities of Quezon said that they already identified the man who recently
assaulted the MMDA (Metropolitan Manila Development Authority) traffic enforcer
just less than 24 hours after incident took place on busy Quezon City junction.

Thursday morning, Ingco beat up an
enforcer identified as Jorby Adriatico as he drove his sports car blue
Maserati from intersection of the G. Araneta and Quezon avenues until it reached
the Scout Chuatoco Street.
Adriatico positively identified the
driver when shown by the LTO photo of car’s owner the driver who slugged him in
face.
The Chief Inspector of QCPD
Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit, said that the blue emozione
Maserati Ghibli was immediately traced through conduction sticker QQ57.
Marcelo also said that the
conduction sticker was seen through closed—circuit television video near area
where mauling took place.
