“Modernization has a big role on

latest announcement mention by the Philippine president on a ceremony on the
official appointment of Major General Delgado. National defense deal on new
patrol aircrafts is on the final stage already with a total budget of USD133
million that covers 2 aircraft including ground personnel trainings.
It is expected that by year 2016
the first unit will arrive and to be added one unit on the preceding year.
When
the aircraft will be decommissioned on duty, it will become the “eye” for those who have
been passing without authority on the Philippine territories. It can operate as
fast as possible for unexpected security threats.
