Growing force on China against
other nation triggers other country together with Philippines to re-systematize the Philippine military organization flow to stand on the growing power of each
neighboring country. Though promoting military modernization is the key, corruption
has a great role toward the failure of every imposed plan no matter how
strategic or brilliant it may be.
Thus if corruption is weak or eliminated
every organization has a great chances of becoming strong, as its purpose of
the plan will be solely realized without any personal hidden agendas. Dishonesty
is one of the reasons why plans become ineffective in which there are involved
person within the authority backing up. The challenge now is how to get rid
those people secretly doing things which were not on the nation’s goal. In call
to the recent goal several official were charge of selling government weapons to
terrorist, other were also charge with high priced deal leading them to be out
of service and filed corrupt cases to prove their action.
