United States President Adviser Proud to be Filipino

Billy Dec a proud Filipino adviser of United States President Obama, A European looking guy but deep inside is a Filipino.

Billy wore a Filipino formal wear commonly known as “barong tagalong” and a hat made from Philippine palm known as “buri” on his appointment as the official adviser of President Obama. That event took event at White House.

Billy’s mother was a former flight attendant pure Filipina who live in the native place of Vigan and father is a pure European blooded citizen and a real estate businessman.

Billy has no political aspirations and just wanted to help, the 41 year old Billy said that he had accepted the appointed without salary but has travel allowances shouldered by the United States Education. “This appointment was not expected. Since this has been given, I am excited to help Asian Americans”

Billy help raise funds more than USD45,500 for Yolanda Victims,  he has relatives in Visayas areas wherein in they need help. He encourages the international community to lay a hand for those who were affected by the Super Typhoon Yolanda.

A graduate in Chicago Kent College Law School in 2010, Billy Dec pass the bar exam on his first try, though his is not active in the law practice.
