The Bayugan City national road is
not accessible anymore due to the bus being used as shield by the suspected NPA(New
People’s Army).
Trucks and Vehicles are blocking
the hi-ways of Hamogaway and Sta. Irene, with the continuing exchange of shots
from the government troops and NPA, Public Transportation are now paralyzed in
the said areas, in between Bayugan and Prosperidad .
