In San Francisco California, a
group of people shouting “China get out now”, July 24, some
Filipino Americans gathered in Bay Area denouncing the invasion of China in the
Philippines.
Filipino American people carries
an inverted Philippine Flags, they marched around Nation Plaza bringing
placards, condemning China on its alleged tactics (Bullying) dealing with
conflict in Scarborough Shoal. They have been harassing Philippine sovereignty,
Chinese government were storming in the disputed area.
The President of USPGG (United
States Pinoy for Good Governance) Rodel Rodis said, “We will march carrying our
National Flag (Philippine Flag) inversely as a symbol of suffering, because China
was building military base beyond their jurisdiction.”
“They can even fire their rockets
on the Philippines by looking at the range and their ships are dangerous worst
than setting up an oil rig.” Rodis added.
When China build its oil rigs in
a Vietnam claimed island, the Vietnamese government erupted anger and
immediately demonstrate anger targeted those business in the country, they
force to send back workers to China. Rodis also urged Filipino to do on what Vietnam
did since China’s action in Mabini Reef is worst than what Chinese did in
Vietnam.
