Latest Territorial Law in China may result to disaster



Chinas reinterpretation of its policies towards territorial law may result to a disaster in support to China’s fight for its territories they have implemented new law without foreseeing the possible outcome.

If China Chooses to implement its new law for its claimed on dotted lines area, in which this comprises 80 percent of South China Sea, they can now use military power to enforce the new law.

 

Disaster could happen in the future,” Defense Analyst Banlaoi said on a conference at Camp Aguinaldo. “We all know that their care countries involve on the territorial issues with China and if they pursue nine dash line, bad things might happen.”

A morning report in China says, they can use their military force to respond threats on its maritime territories. Tourism facilities near Hainan province was set up as spying purpose by China.

The recent law imposed by China illustrates how cautious they are in their aggressive reclamation. Countries like Taiwan, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam has its own version of claims in South China Sea.
