Twenty four Chinese arrived in
the Philippines last month with a tourist visa will be deported back to China.
The Chinese were arrested by Philippine authorities last week during a raid in
Angeles City.
The head of NBI on International
Operations Division stated that the arrested Chinese were suspected to be
members of international syndicate who operate in telecommunications involving
credit card fraud and internet illegal transactions.
Their main targets were Chinese
Nationals who live in the China and using Philippines as its base for illegal
operations.
The heavily organized syndicate
victimized fellow Chinese nationals pretending to be prosecutors and policeman
that will arrest the victim for fraud and fabricated financial cases.
Through the cooperation of the
Philippine authorities, the 24 Chinese tourists the operation has been organized
leading to the arrest of the Chinese in the two houses of an exclusive
subdivision in the City of Pampanga.
