Senator Binay urged COA (Commission
on Audit) to release full audit reports on PDAF (Priority Development
Assistance Fund), Malampaya Fund, and even DAP (Disbursement Acceleration
Program).
Binay challenged COA chief Pulido
Tan’s recent announcement that she will conduct special audit on alleged
overpricing of parking building and office.
Binay said.
hanggang 2013,” the senator added.
The Senator said that DBM (Department
of Budget and Management) continued to release the funds from DAP, PDAF and
Malampaya from 2010 - 2013 even after state auditors questioned the funds’
handling.
She also urged the COA to be fair
and objective.
