Former Erap richest in Metro Manila and Mayor Binay among the poorest

Manila Mayor Estrada Former President is among the richest local chief executive in Metro Manila, based on his recent 2013 SALN (statement of assets, liabilities and net worth) that he have recently submitted to the Ombudsman office.

Mayor Estrada declared his worth Php242.834 million, which included more than Php151.442 million in cash or its equivalent.


The Mayor said that he has properties worth Php95.533 million. This includes orchard and residences in Pagsanjan, Laguna and Iba, Zambales and his Php91.033—million house in Manilas at Sampaloc.

He also declared his personal properties like the investments worth Php31.596 million, his vehicles valued at Php10 million, furniture, appliances and antiques materials worth Php8.203 million, his firearms, gadgets and personal effects that valued Php2.857 million.
Estrada listed a Php59.5 million liabilities as bank loan from Asian United Bank.


However Makati City Mayor Erwin Binay Jr. has Php19.575 million made him the poorest.
