Philippine President Ready to be in Jail after his term

Philippines President Aquino said that he is very much willing to go in jail if next administration in the Philippines will make him seriously accountable for all of his unlawful decisions.

"If the situation is like that, returning back to unreasonable old judicial system, then that is a consequence on my part," President said on report interview during his Presidential Forum in Foreign Correspondents and the Association of Philippines.

Aquino III very much confident he can defend all decisions made by his current administration, including Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) that was declared unconstitutional by Supreme Court.


He also admitted not all his decisions were considered to be perfect but all of them are carefully "well—studied" that have arose from best advice he get from the various sectors.

President also said that he personally respects every right to all of his critics to file their complaints towards him. He however warned that he can make them pay back for their actions.

"As person I have right to file my complaints with those who have filed malicious lawsuits which I can really do when I am civilian and no longer in position," Aquino said.
