The Philippine Senator Binay lamented
her request for the documents on the pork barrel related disbursements that was
not yet granted, year after she have sought the papers from Department of
Budget and Management through Senate blue ribbon committee.
The Philippine lady senator was
disappointed that committee appeared to be giving a preference to requests from
the administration senators, and other who have appealed to the panel to treat
all matters pending before it equally.

She criticized DBM for its failure
to produce document.
The Blue ribbon committee, headed
by Guingona III, conducted investigation into alleged diversion of congressional
Priority Development Assistance Fund to ghost projects and kickbacks in Php10 billion
scam masterminded by Lim-Napoles.
Senators Enrile, Estrada and Revilla
Jr. are under detention on the plunder charges in connection with Napoles
racket.
Department of Justice repeatedly
announced similar charges would be brought against the lawmakers allied with Aquino
administration, but so far failed to do so.
“How long does it take for the
blue ribbon committee to get the documents it needs on the PDAF?” Senator
Binay in a statement.
