Vice President of Philippines slammed
“discomforting performance of its agencies” based on the four years assessment into
Aquino administration.
He also stressed out that much—vaunted
sterling on the domestic economic growth figures not really trickled down in
uplifting the poor and assisting the small businesses.
He somewhat praised “some
right things” that was done by administration like the “clean
governance that was on the priority, the dogged strategies for the revenue
generation, and the government spending that result in overall optimism in prospects
of Philippine economy,”
But for the vice president, it
seems that we are not doing the right things. Some items in the development
agenda should be addressed well,”
Vice President issued stinging
comments after assailing biases of current administration, this includes what
he called unfair treatment of the former President and currently the Pampanga Representative
Macapagal Arroyo is experiencing.
