The PNP (Philippine National
Police) recently acquired more than 200 Brand new units of 4x4 light personnel
carriers after the contract was recently awarded to the two winning car firms.
The four pages contract supply
that was shown by General Rojas Jr. the Deputy Director gave the approval for
the winning car firm bidders, namely Joint Venture of Auto Circulo Corp and
Columbina Auto Car Corp.
Auto Circulo Corp. is currently under
car distribution group importing the Peugeot vehicles in our country, while the
Columbian Auto car Corp. is currently the exclusive distributor of the Kia
vehicles in our country.
Rojas recently signed the said Notice
for them to proceed dated November 7, the car firms will have to deliver the 210
brand new units of light personnel carrier with the amount of contract worth Php.397.95
million.
In the description, each unit has
seats for a minimum of 15 people. The contract price was Php.451.5 million but supplier
reduced it to Php.397.95 million.
