Chris Algieri had carried a mixed
emotion to post—fight conference an hour after he tasted first defeat as boxer.
Algieri a 30 year old boxer previously
undefeated until he ran into the boxing Champ “Pacquiao”, came in black shirt
and a dark shades and talked about the recent fight.
Despite of some bruises, there’s nothing
much to hide, Chris Algieri’s face stay fine-looking.
“This is not the way I expect to
be up here in the stage,” said the by pride of Huntington, who was recently
knocked down six times by heavy—handed Pacquiao.
“I am very much disappointed. But
this is the world of boxing,” he said.
Few days ago, Chris Algieri asked
how he envisioned the coming fight with Pacquiao, and responded by raising his both
arms and pointing the sky. Chris trainer did the same.
“Pacquiao a great champion, He is truly
an all—time great and I consider him as one of the best fighters ever on the
ring. But I am going to take this as learning experience,” Algieri said.
