Investigation and Detection Group chief described the arrested 46—year—old man in
Pasay City for selling his sexual services from minors to the foreigners.
The CIDG nabbed the suspect in an
entrapment operation of Jerrie Arraz in Pasay hotel where the police rescued 19—year—old
woman and minor who about to give a sexual favor to its customer.
According to the Police Director Magalong
the CIDG chief, the rescued 19—year—old victim alias “Ara,” is pregnant.
“Sa araw-araw naman na ginamit
‘yung (bata), hindi niya alam kung sino na ang ama. Itong taong ito (Arraz)
tawag talaga namin ay demonyo,” said by Magalong.
CIDG presented the arrested Arraz
to media after he went through the inquest proceedings at Department of Justice.
Without any remorse, Arraz
admitted immediately in ambush interview having sex with the victims, defending
that act to “help the girls.”
“Ang ginawa ko sa mga babae ay tulong.
Para lang maituwid ang baluktot na buhay nila. Kung may nangyari man sa amin ay
kagustuhan na namin iyon,” Arraz said.
