Kudos to Department of Justice for its decision issued on “Sex for Flight”

Philippine DOJ issued a recent decision in relation to the complaints regarding “sex for flight”, that was filed to some embassy personnel who have been reported committing sexual harassment.

In its recent decision the NPS recommended that the personnel assigned previously on the Philippine Embassy based on Saudi Arabia will be charge 2 counts of abuse.

The complaint by the 4 OFW workers includes vulgar language and lewd behavior by the embassy labor official. The recommendation released by the DOJ was the prosecutors finding that was committed by the personnel’s on the OFW’s.

Overseas workers need to know “what are their rights, the rights under the law that will protect them”, Embassy personnel and officials should be on their best behavior not that DOJ has been aware involving abusive behavior on our modern heroes. These heroes of ours should be protected by our government not abused.
