PH President DAP issue defended by Senator Chiz Escudero

“Aquino’s downplayed vocal disappointment expression to the Supreme Courts Disbursement Acceleration Program decision may result to a constitutional crisis”

Senator Escudero took the President Aquino’s side, he rejected Senator Osmeña’s claim that the president become hard headed not to abide the court’s ruling.

According to Sen. Escudero, “Aquino expresses his frustration on the long delay on the implementation of projects from the government”. Osmeña lashed out Aquino’s allocation of DAP was all legal, describing him in his “true form” a hard headed and stubborn.

Both senators were known to be allies who have supported the “Noy-BI tandem” in the recent 2010 election.

“Alarmist type of attitude should be stopped. This will not help the situation it will just worsen” Escudero added. The situation was compared before was not the same anymore when chief justices spend the JDF and was cited on the fiscal anatomy.
