China Blamed United States on Sea tensions

Chinese foreign ministry blamed United States for put fuel on tensions in the disputed South China Sea by cheering other countries to employ in dangerous conduct, following an uptick in the tensions between Philippines and Vietnam to China.

China week accused Vietnam for intentionally colliding with China ships in South China Sea after Vietnam declares that Chinese ships used water cannon and slam into eight of its ships near an oil rig.


The US called China's deployment of its rig "provocative and unhelpful" to the security in its region, urging restraint. Chinese spokeswoman Hua Chunying foreign ministry repeated that the waters the rig was operating around the Paracel Islands were at the Chinese territory and no other country had the right to interfere.


"We urge United States to act in accordance maintaining broader picture of regional security and peace, on the issue and stop making careless remarks," Hua said.
