“China in preparation for the
building of lighthouses on the islands of West Philippine Sea,” this
was the report gathered by sources according to China state media, in rebelliousness
of calls from United States together with the G-7 joint statement for the freeze
on any activity in order to ease the tension over claims.
Two islands in which China said
that they will build lighthouses where also claimed by the country of Vietnam.

China has fueled the
confrontation in South China Sea due to overlapping claims, in which they claim
almost 100 percent portion of the sea.
As broadcast in China News
Service, the Chinese Authorities on expansion has been conducting surveys on
those islands for the building of lighthouses, namely Antelope Reef, South
Sand, Pyramid Rock, North Reef and Drummond Island.
The report was not clear in which
other three islets where the lighthouses will be building and if this includes
disputed waters. The proposal on freeze
