Employees of PCGG
(Presidential Commission on Good Government) is set to receive their bonuses up to Php35,000 after they emerged as the top performer among agencies under DOJ (Department of Justice).
Andres Bautista the PCGG Chair recently released a statement that commission employees will received their bonus under
performance based incentive system or PBIS after the agency rated as “best
performing”.
The PCGG rating has been received
two years in a row, as the exceed its target from Php450 million in 2013 and
now a total of Php631 million. This was achieved through obtaining
bids for the sale of sequestered properties and generating reforms on rental
income from properties and business managed by the commission.
Performance based incentive
system gives a bonus of Php5,000 to each employees in good performing agencies
and Php35,000 for those in the best performing agency.
