Embassy of the Philippines based in
Kuala Lumpur on Monday “DEMANDED” a concrete explanation
from a Malaysian based BPO (business process outsourcing) company in its recently
released video depicting “Philippines as undesirable for business”.
The said video has a three—minute
in length produced by the Aegis Malaysia and then uploaded on YouTube presented
as Malaysia's so—called “advantage over Philippines”, which claims
that Philippine country has poor infrastructure and security, and prone to threats
of from natural calamities and has lack government support.
Malaysia depicted to have effective
governance, with better security and a friendlier climate in a perceptible
effort to attract investments away from Philippines, seeing it as the rival in BPO
industry.
The video that has been uploaded angered
Filipinos who cried a foul over the said comparison of the Malaysia's business
climate with Philippines and called it as racist and unethical move.
The Philippine embassy conveyed a
"deep concern" of the video.
In previous reports India, as the
former BPO leader losing 70 percent of domestic BPO businesses, particularly
call centers, to Philippines estimated worth USD30 billion in the foreign
exchange earnings.
Malaysia compare to Philippines few people can speak fluent English Malaysia is more poor in english compare to India as a whole in the Philippines middle class people can speak fluent English with good accent as a native Americans compare to other countries in whole Asia and those poor people in the philippines speak taglish half English half Tagalog that can improve more whereas in Malaysia only rich people can speak English well and sometimes their accent is hardly or cannot be understood at all so please don`t compare Philippines to Malaysia way way out ha,ha,ha lol. # Philippines almost declared the 52nd state of USA AFTER THE WORLD WAR 2 so please really way way out lol..........
