The Makati’s big budget infrastructure in the Past by Hilmarc’s

This was the Makati’s big-budget projects in past decade handled by the Hilmarc’s corporation:
  • The 22—story Makati City Hall building, that is worth Php6.5 billion.
  • The Phase 2 of Ospital ng Makati District 1 that was worth Php2 billion.
  • The Phases 1 and 4 of University of Makati Nursing School building worth Php804 million.
  • The Makati police headquarters worth Php183.63 million.
  • The Phase 1 of swimming pool in Makati Garden Park worth Php31 million.
  • The Phases 1 to 6 Makati Science High School worth Php1.34 billion.
  • The Phases 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Makati University Administrative and Auditorium worth P332 million.
  • The Makati City Hall Building II, or the parking building worth Php2.3 billion.
  • The renovation of the treasury building for the Makati police station on F. Zobel Street, Barangay Poblacion worth Php4.98 million.
  • The University of Makati school buildings (no available budget).



The documents came from Inquirer in which they have showed these projects were implemented during the administrations of Vice President Binay when he was mayor of Makati from (1986-1998; 2001-2010) and his wife, Elenita Binay, who succeeded him (1998-2001) and his son (2010 to present), who, Mercado said, continued the business with Hilmarc’s.
