United States Warns Internet Providers on its Speed Promise

The United States communication and regulation reminded all internet providers to fulfill what has been stated on its campaign to the consumers, the quality and the speed they deliver or else they will be facing penalties.

Federal Commission on Communication released an advisory to all internet providers both wireless and fixed internet services. They must comply with all the necessary requirements and must be clear with the information they are telling to the consumers on the type of connection that they are selling.


Verizon Communications and Comcast Corp were one among the many Internet providers in which were warned according to “Net Neutrality”.

Consumer has the right to get the services that they pay” all internet provider has been monitored and they know that we are watching them on the service that they provide to their clients.


Every year hundreds of complains has been submitted on the agency about consumers saying they were not receiving the right service that they pay based on the promises made by their internet service providers.
