Philippines has won support from Indonesia,
Brunei and Vietnam for a plan to alleviate tensions in South China Sea in which
this intends to present bilateral meeting within this week.
Several Southeast Asian neighbors
and China embroiled in an increasingly pungent territorial dispute with China’s
aggressive territorial reclamation that will let them own almost entirely in
the South China Sea.

The Philippine Authorities plan
for an immediate cessation on activities which escalates the tensions and the
code of conduct implementation in the sea, which were the home of shipping
routes and believed to be a top of gas and oil deposits.
The plan which will be presented
to the ASEAN meeting this week in Myanmar, was raised during the recent visit
of Secretary del Rosiario in Vietnam, Indonesia ad Brunei.
The Secretary purposely visits
those countries in order to raise a triple action plan in which these countries
have positively expressed their support. The ASEAN includes Cambodia, Laos,
Indonesia, Brunei, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and
Philippines.
A security dialogue will also be
included involving 27 countries. This includes ASEAN members together with
South Korea, Japan, Australia, Russia, United States and China.
