warfare to anti-marine warfare, air operation and other activities operating

developed interoperability with international navy for capability of personnel

The exercise was to enhance our Navy
capability against external threat with its personnel getting highly trained in
the maneuvering the second—hand Philippine frigate.

BRP Ramon Alcaraz will be

Sea, which has been flashpoint in the territorial disputes between the China
and Philippines.
