The Vice President of the
Philippines for the year 2013 has been released by his camp, with a total net
worth of Php60 million pesos only.
In a press conference VP Binay’s
camp presented Vice President’s documents proving that he files his SALN Statements
of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth and Income Tax Return regularly and pays
his taxes. “His net income for 2013 is P83 million”.
“Everything is accounted for. We
have 100 percent accountability for VP Binay,” Cavite Governor Jonvic
Remulla Binay’s spokesperson said.
When he was elected mayor of
Makati City in the year 1988, Binay’s net worth was on Php.2.5 million. Other sources
of Binay’s income are from his salary and also with his wife’s ‘flower
business.’ His cash at hand is Php.28.7 million and he has 12 real
properties.
According to the Binay’s camp
that the SALN of his children will also be released in due time.
