Senator Cayetano to Binay worse than Arroyo if become president

Senator Cayetano slammed Vice President of the Philippines and his family for performing like untouchable officials of the government.

In his recent interview in ANC, Sen. Cayetano criticized VP Binay for believing about his immunity from the investigation and the lawsuit for that reason is that he is the country’s vice president.


Sen. Cayetano expressed apprehension that VPBinay will jail all those who have been investigating him if he becomes the country’s president in the year 2016.

The senator said Senate Sub-committee of the Blue Ribbon that were investigating VP Binay recommend charges against him if the VP fails to present all the evidence and refute corruption allegations.

Cayetano said that that Vice president can be sued and even convicted without impeachment, Mercado, Trillanes and Cayetano accused VP Binay of pocketing funds from the public as kickbacks from its various projects in the Makati including allegedly overpriced building.

VP Binay is allegedly real owner 350-hectare estate in Batangas, and has become subject of Senate probe.


The Philippine Vice President denied all the allegations and even criticized Sub-committee Blue Ribbon probe as "politically motivated."
