An Indian Air Force Sukhoi 30-MKI
fighter Jet (IAF) that crashed on farm near the Theur in Pune district,
according to the initial report no casualties were reported and the said two
IAF pilots on the said Fighter Jet were on a sortie have ejected safety.
A press release from IAF
spokesperson said that “An IAF (Indian Air Force) Sukhoi 30 fighter Jet aircraft on training
mission have crashed at 1741 hours, 20 km away from the Pune Airbase. Both
pilots have ejected safely. A court of inquiry has been ordered to investigate
the cause.”
