“Chinas historical claim is not valid”
this is what Japan and Philippine believe after both leaders President Binigno(Philippines)
Aquino and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (Japan) end its bilateral talks.
Both leaders believe and reject
historical claims, and stand strong with the general agreement among nations. As
China continues to self claim almost 90%, soon entire SCS (South China Sea)
will be there territory which includes Philippines and other countries EEZ.
China insists that its “nine
dash line” supports its fight for territorial reclamations’ as it also
submit its own case to “ITLOS”.
China refuses to play a part on the arbitration as they believe that those
claim territories are indisputable.
“There is no ancient map published
that will show Scarborough and Spratlys island as their territory”
statement said by Carpio on an insider report.
Those nine dash line are
inconsistent based on the authentic history in fact it was based on its own
historical plots supported with Chinas own pronouncement and constitution.
