People of Makati joined Binays’
family mass celebrated in front of controversial Makati Building 2 Monday morning,
for the celebration of the their former Mayor Birthday, ex-mayors Dr. Elenita and
Vice—President Binay.
Dr. Binay also celebrated her
birthday yesterday, while Vice—President will be celebrating his birthday tomorrow.
Mayor Binay and the Senator Binay
attended the birthday mass held for their loving parents that was celebrated by
Fr. Mario Sobrejuanite of Sacred Heart Parish, Barangay San Antonio Makati city.
Vice president immediately left
after receiving the communion and did not finish the birthday mass.
According to report he has to
attend briefing by the Presidential Assistant on the Rehabilitation and
Reconstruction Secretary Senator Ping Lacson at Philippine International
Convention Center Pasay City.
The said briefing will discuss
updates on the rehabilitation efforts for the areas ravaged by the super
typhoon Yolanda.
Rest of Binay family remained
until mass has ended. Dr. Elenita was immediately flanked by her friends and
supporters.
Dr. Binay said that their family still
all right despite of the issues thrown to them and with all the prayers offered
for their family.
Senator Binay wants her father to
stay strong with the issues that are going through. She also said that if she
had her way, she will advise her father against attending the upcoming debate
with Senator Trillanes IV.
