VP Binay gave four wheelchairs to Senior Citizen Affairs and explains his side on corruption allegations

In Cavite, Vice President Binay now working double time for him to meet public and explain his side amid allegations on hidden wealth, which dipping the ratings in public surveys and his major decision to back out the scheduled debate with Sen. Trillanes IV.

VPBinay stood side—side with the residents of Mendez town over boodle fight in front of the Nunez market. After the boodle fight, his entourage moved to the town hall where he distributes wheelchairs and short talk about how his detractors picking up on him as "Nognog."


Binay gave four wheelchairs to Senior Citizen Affairs. Shortly before noon, VPBinay moved to a nearby town and talked again to the people.

The Cavite Governor Remulla, VPBinay's spokesman for political affairs, explained that the said activities should not be misinterpret as campaign sorties but merely a continuance of what vice president has been doing since the year 2010.

But the spokesman admitted that VPBinay's activities are vice president's way to gauge pulse of people in connection to amid controversies he is now facing.
