companion in the house identified as DANILO BULALACAO MENDEZ alias
Danny, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO2 Samuel P.Tampon had
seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;

a1. One (1) color brown stainless box, containing nine (9) pcs heat
sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline
substance believed to be Shabu (then marked as OT-1 to OT-9 and
signature), having an estimated net weight of 1.0 grams, and having an
approximate total DDB value of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php
11,800.00);
a2. One (1) small plastic box, containing containing
Three (3) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white
crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (then marked as TO-1 to TO-3
and signatures), having an estimated net weight of 2.3 grams, and having
an approximate total DDB value of Twenty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred
Pesos (Php 27,800.00);

house occupied by HILDA PUZON, witnessed by Brgy Coun. Brigido E. Tanjay
of Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Broy Bacla-an Sr.
of Choice FM, and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the
Search Warrant with real name later identified as HILDA BERSALOTE PUZON,
31 yrs old (DOB-July 6, 1984), married, and a resident of P-2, Brgy
Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by
SPO4 Sylvia N Ponce had seized / recovered from the aforementioned
premise, the following items;

pink, containing Five (5) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (then marked
as HP-1 to HP-5 and signature), having an estimated net weight of 2.0
grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Twenty Three
Thousand Pesos (Php 23,600.00);

to the house occupied by NESSER JUVENTUD JR, witnessed by Brgy Coun.

Jeneth Celo, and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. During the conduct
of searched, led by PO2 Nick M. Mag-aso had found no contraband items
from the subject premise.
d. On January 22, 2016 at about 9:00
in the morning particularly at P-2, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS,
elements of this station led by PSUPT REYNANTE N SIBAYTON had
implemented the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-13 for
Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by
LAURENCE LARA, witnessed by Brgy Capt. Charita P. Estores of Brgy
Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Broy Bacla-an Sr, and DOJ
representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real
name later identified as LAURENCE CAFÉ LARA alias TAMA, 23 yrs old
(DOB-Oct 15, 1992), single, and a resident of P-2, Brgy Maygatasan,
Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO1 William G.
Reserva had seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the
following items;
d1. One (1) Emi Match box containing six (6)
pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline
substance believed to be Shabu (then marked as LA-1 to LA-6 and
signature), having an estimated net weight of 1.5 grams, and having an
approximate total DDB value of Seventeen Thousand Pesos (Php
17,000.00);
d2. Two (2) pcs scissors collectively marked as “TAMA and signature”;
e. On January 22 2016 at about 9:15 in the morning particularly at P-3,
Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station and ADS
PAIDSOTG led by SPO2 Jojit V. Quijada had implemented the Search Warrant
with Search Warrant no. 2016-12 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated
January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by ALIAS TETENG BATUCAN,
witnessed by Brgy Coun. Alan Yuson of Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS,
Media Reporter Jason E. Lira of Mindanao Cento Daily, and DOJ
representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real
name later identified as NOEL AGUANZA BATUCAN alias TETENG, 30 yrs old
(DOB-Mar 07, 1985), married and a resident of P-3, Brgy Maygatasan,
Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO1 Resty B.
Cubero, had seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the
following items;
e1. Eight (8) pcs opened transparent plastic
sachets containing traces of white crystalline substance believed to be
shabu, (then marked as NB-1 to NB-8 and signature),
e2.One (1) pc disposable lighters, then marked as “TENG and signature”;
e3.One (1) unit cellular phone, then marked as “TETENG and signature”;
e4.Several pieces of crumpled tin foils, collectively marked as “BATUKAN and signature”,
e5.One (1) unit .357 caliber revolver (paltik) with defaced serial
number and make, then marked as “NOEL and signature”; which was thrown
outside the window by the subject person upon arrival of the raiding
team.
f. On January 22, 2016 at about 9:30 in th morning
particularly at P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of
this station and ADS PAIDSOTG led by PI ALDRINE O CAMU had implemented
the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-11 for Violation of R.A
9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by ALIAS REN-REN
JUDILLA, witnessed by Brgy Coun. Alan Yuson of Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan
City ADS, Media Reporter Jason E. Lira of Mindanao Cento Daily, and DOJ
representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real
name later identified as RENEL ALIGANGA JUDILLA alias REN-REN, 25 yrs
old (DOB-Nov 29, 1990), with live-in and a resident of P-3, Brgy
Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO1
Ariel L. Salo, had seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise,
the following items;
f1. One (1) small pouch bag color black,
containing one (1) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (then
marked as RJ and signature), ), having an estimated net weight of 1.2
grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Fourteen Thousand
Pesos (Php 14,000.00);
f2. Three (3) pcs heat sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be
shabu, (then marked as RE-1 to RE-3 and signature), having an estimated
net weight of 0.5 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of
Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00);
f3.One (1) rolled aluminum tin foil, then marked as “RENEL and signature”;

PI JOSELITO F DELOS SANTOS had implemented the Search Warrant with
Search Warrant no. 2016-17 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19,
2016, to the house occupied by SHERWIN BERSALOTE alias EWING, witnessed
by Brgy Coun. Brgy Coun. Edelberta J. Tanjay of Brgy Maygatasan,
Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Jeaneth Celo of Tribal Media and DOJ
representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real
name later identified as SHERWIN SENO BERSALOTE alias EWING, 34 yrs old
(DOB-April 17, 1981), with live-in partner, and a resident of P-3, Brgy
Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO3
Mirofel C. Romano had seized / recovered from the aforementioned
premise, the following items;

to the house occupied by JAYSON MALAGAR ALIAS UGOY, witnessed by Brgy

Reporter Broy Bacla-an Sr. and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo.
Subject of the Search Warrant with real name later identified as JASON
DOLORIDO MALAGAR alias UGOY, 33 yrs old (DOB-Nov 27, 1982), with live-in
partner and a resident of P-4, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was
apprehended. Searching team led by PO3 Arvin D. Nuñeza, had seized /
recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;
h1. Two (2) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white
crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (then marked as UG-1 to
UG-2 signature), having an estimated net weight of 4.0 grams, and having
an approximate total DDB value of Forty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php
47,000.00);
h2.One (1) piece hand grenade, then marked as “GOY and signature”
h3.One (1) piece super .38 caliber live ammunition, then marked as “SON and signature”
i. On January 22, 2016 at about 10:30 in the morning particularly at
P-4, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station led by
PSUPT REYNANTE N SIBAYTON, had implemented the Search Warrant with
Search Warrant no. 2016-15 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19,
2016, to the house occupied by NILFA TEJERO TAREAO, witnessed by Brgy
Capt. Lilibeth A. Tanjay Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media
Reporter Jeaneth Celo. and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of
the Search Warrant with real name later identified as NILFA TEJERO
TAREAO alias Nilfa, 38 yrs old (DOB-Nov 27, 1982), with live-in partner
and a resident of P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, and occupant
IMPOK SANGKAD MANSARUNAY alias OPAO, 30 years old, (DOB: Unknown),
married, and a resident of P-1A, Brgy Taglatawan, Bayugan City, ADS,
were apprehended. Searching team led by SPO1 Marife B Quiñanola, had
seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;
i1. Thirty Two (32) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets
containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (then
marked as NT-1 to NT-32 signature), having an estimated net weight of
10.0 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of One Hundred
Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php 100,018.00);
i2.Five (5) pieces Disposable lighters, then collectively marked as “NI and signature”
i3. One (1) piece scissor, then marked as “NIL and signature”
i4. Two (2) unit assorted cellular phone, then collectively marked as “ NILF and signature”

P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station led by
PI EMERSON A BAJAO, had implemented the Search Warrant with Search
Warrant no. 2016-18 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016,
to the house occupied by CORSINO REYES TANJAY JR alias Don-Don,
witnessed by Brgy Capt. Charita P. Estores Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City
ADS, Media Reporter Jhungie Librias and DOJ representative Myrna C.
Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real name later identified as
CORSINO REYES TANJAY JR alias Don-Don, 36 yrs old (DOB-Nov 23, 1979),
with live-in partner and a resident of P-2, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan
City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO1 Arnel Tecson, had
seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;
j1. One (1) commando matches, containing four (4) pcs. heat sealed
transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance
believed to be shabu, then marked as CT-1 to CT-4 and signature, having
an estimated net weight of 0.7 grams, and having an approximate total
DDB value of Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00);
j2. One (1) piece Disposable lighter, then marked as “COR and signature”
j3. One (1) piece scissor, then marked as “CORSI and signature”
i4. One (1) unit cellular phone, then marked as “CORSIN and signature”
j5. Several pieces empty elongated transparent plastic sachets, collectively marked as “CORSINO and signature.
3. All Aforementioned arrested suspects, and seized / confiscated items
were immediately brought to the custody of this station for proper
disposition and documentation, to be presented to the issuing court, and
to be brought to PNP Regional Crime Laboratory Office 13, for screening
and confirmatory testing.
4. All aforementioned subjects of search warrants were included in illegal watch list of first quarter CY 2016.
