Driver Lover ni De lima Pinanawagan ni Sandra Cam na Sumuko na

Nanawagan ang kilalang whistle-blower na si Sandra Cam sa di umanoy driver lover ni senator Leila De Lima na si Ronnie Dayan na sumuko na sa mga awtoridad.

Sa panayam ng Brigada News FM National kay Cam, sinabi nito na hindi makakapagtago si Dayan ng pang habang-buhay kung kayat mas maganda kung lulutang nalang ito para malinis ang kanyang pangalan.

Ayon kay Cam, mas makakabuti kay Dayan na tulungan ang gobyerno at ilahad ang kanyang nalalaman hinggil sa naging partisipasyon ng De Lima sa illegal drug trade sa New Bilibid Prison (NBP).




Kinakailangan rin aniya na ipaliwanag ni Dayan kung saan siya kumuha ng malaking halaga ng pera upang makapatayo ng dalawang malalaking bahay.

Bar-owners Pupulungin ng PNP laban Illegal Drugs

Nakatakdang pulungin ni Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa ang mga may-ari ng clubs at bars sa MNetro Manila bilang bahagi ng kanilang kampaniya kontra iligal na droga.

Ayon kay Southern Police District (SPD) chief Superintendent Tomas Apolinario, ilalatag ng PNP ang mga polisiya at direktiba sa mga club owners kung paano nila maiiwasan ang pagkalat ng iligal na droga sa kani-kanilang mga establishments.

Dagdag pa ni Apolinario, nakipagkoordina na ang SPD sa mga local government units para magpatupad ng mas mahigpit na ordinansa sa mga clubs at bars.




Tatanggalin aniya ang business permit ng mga bars na hindi susunod sa mga polisiyang ilalatag sa meeting sa Miyerkules.

Inaasahang dadaluhan ang meeting nina National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Superintendent Oscar Albayalde, mga kinatawan ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), mga LGUs ng Makati at Taguig na gaganapin sa isang club sa Bonifacio global City Taguig.

De Lima 'Mapapahiya Ka lang Duterte sa mga Pekeng Ebidensya at Testigo'

Tahasang binalaan ngayon ni Sen. Leila de Lima si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na mapapahiya lamang siya kung ipipilit ang alegasyong 'coddler, protector' at nakikinabang siya sa mga drug lords.

Ginawa ni Sen. De Lima ang pahayag sa kanyang muling pagharap sa media ngayong hapon sa Quezon City.

Sinabi ni Sen. De Lima, tinitiyak nitong ang mga ebidensyang hawak ni Pangulong Duterte ay hindi totoo, peke, bogus, manufactured at fabricated. Ayon kay De Lima, kung hindi man ngayon, darating ang panahong mapapahiya si Pangulong Duterte at lalabas na walang katotohanan ang paratang laban sa kanya.



Inihayag ni De Lima na kung sino man ang nagsu-supply ng impormasyon, dapat harapin na ngayon ni Duterte para piliting magpakatotoo dahil siya ang masisira.

"Mapapahiya kayo. Not now perhaps later. Wala pong katotohanan 'yan. Ayaw ko po na kayo mismo ang mapapahiya. Kung sino man ang nagsusupply ng mga impormasyon na 'yan, na nagtuturo, harapin niyo na ngayon, piliting magpakatotoo sa inyo dahil kayo po ang masisira. Hindi ngayon, pero there will be a time," ani De Lima.

Hepe ng Special Operation Unit ng Antipolo PNP Patay matapos makipagbarilan sa mga Pusher

Pumanaw na ang pulis na nanguna sa isang drug buy bust operation sa Antipolo City. Base sa record ng Antipolo District Hospital 9:05 ng pumanaw si Police Senior Inspector Mark Gil Garcia, nasa tabi niya ang kanyang asawa at kapamilya.

Dumagsa rin ang kasamahan nito sa PNP sa ospital, at inaaaahan na darating din si PNP Chief Director Gen. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa. Si Garcia ay nabaril ng hinuhuling nitong drug suspek sa Antipolo pasado 7:35 kagabi.

Habang dead on the spot ang dalawang suspek na nakilala lamang ang isa sa alyas William. Pinangunahan ni Garcia ang buy-bust operation sa Sitio Maagay 1 Brgy. InaRawan.

 

Isang pulis nito ang nagpanggap na bibili ng shabu, matapos na makumpirma na nagtutulak ng shabu ang mga nasawing ay dapat aarestuhin na ang dalawa ngunit nagpaputok ang isa sa mga suspek gamit ang isang sumpak at tinamaan sa may kanang pigi ang operatiba.

Gumanti ng putok ang mga back up pulis dahilan para ikamatay ng dalawang suspek.

Nakuha sa crime scene isang sumpak, paltik at 38 caliber.

Nakakumpiska rin ang mga pulis ng 30 plastic heat sealed na naglalam ng pinaghihinalaang shabu at P620,000 pesos na drug money.

RIP PSINSP Mark Gil Garcia

Nakakalungkot isipin na sa kabila ng pag pupursige ng awtoridad sa pag sugpo sa illegal na droga sa ating bansa ay nananatili parin sa ilan sa mga isipan ng ating mamamyan ang pag mamalabis ng pulis sa kapangyarihan.

Napatay po ang isa sa pinaka mabuting leader ng anti illegal drug team ng RIZAL sa isang drug buybust operation sa antipolo kagabi matapos syang barilin ng isa sa mga hinihinalang drug pusher sa nasabing lugar.


Napatalikod ako kanina kasi kitang kita ko kung paano tumangis ung mga naging kasamahan nia sa trabaho at kaklase sa pgiging plebo mapa babae o lalake opisyal at hindi, habang pinag mamasdan ang labi nia sa district hospital katabi ng kanyang may bahay na tila hindi pa pumapasok sa isip nia na wala na ang asawa nia. bigla kong naisip at tinanong ko sarili ko.

De Lima Inamin ang Ilan sa akusasyon ni Duterte

Inamin ngayon ni Senator Leila de Lima na totoo nga ang ilan sa mga akusasyon ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte laban sa kaniya ngunit karamihan umano dito ay pawang mga kasinungalingan lamang.

Ayon sa senadora, kasinungalingan umano ang lahat ng ibinibintang ng pangulo kaugnay sa pagkakasangkot umano niya sa iligal na droga sa ating bansa.

Isa na rito ang akusasyon ni pangulong Duterte na na kasama umano siya sa payroll ng mga druglords at ang mga nakubra niya sa mga ito ay ginamit sa kaniyang pangangampaniya nooong nakaraang eleksyon.




Paliwanag pa ni De Lima,. ang kaniyang pananahimik kaugnay sa mga ibinibintang sa kaniya dahil nahihirapan pa umano siya matapos ang naturang public shaming.

Hindi Akusasyon kundi Impormasyon ang Pahayag ng Pangulo vs. De Lima


Iginiit ni Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo na hindi akusasyon kundi impormasyon ang binitawang mga pahayag ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte kontra kay Sen. Leila de Lima.

Sa intreview ng Bombo Radyo kay Panelo, sinabi nito ang hakbang ng presidente ay kabilang lamang sa kaniyang responsibilidad sa pagpatupad ng mandato na makapagbigay ng impormasyon sa totoong pag-uugali ng senadora.



Ito rin ang paraan ayon sa kaniya upang malaman ng publiko ang ginagawa ng isang public official.

Dagdag pa ni Secretary Panelo, na hindi character assassination ang ginawa ng presidente dahil wala naman umanong maririnig na pagtatanggi mula sa senadora.

Nilinaw rin ng kampo ni Duterte, na hindi paghihiganti kay De Lima ang ginagawa ng presidente dahil matagal na taon na rin naman ang nakalipas noong alkalde pa lang ang presidente kung saan marami ng ibinabato sa kaniya si De Lima.

Hindi rin aniya ito magiging sanhi upang magkaroon ng "chilling effect" dahil ito ay nangyayari lamang sa mga opisyal na hindi sumusunod sa batas.

One (1) small plastic box, containing containing Three (3) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (then marked as TO-1 to TO-3 and signatures), having an estimated net weight of 2.3 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Twenty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 27,800.00);

a3. Two(2) pcs disposable lighters, then collectively marked as “OLI and signature”;

One (1) small wallet color pink, containing Five (5) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu (then marked as HP-1 to HP-5 and signature), having an estimated net weight of 2.0 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Twenty Three Thousand Pesos (Php 23,600.00);

b2. One (1) piece disposable lighter then marked as “HIL and signature”,

On January 22, 2016 at about 8:30 in the morning particularly at P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, element of this station led by PI IAN KIDD C EBLAHAN had implemented the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-19 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by NESSER JUVENTUD JR, witnessed by Brgy Coun. d2. Two (2) pcs scissors collectively marked as “TAMA and signature”;

e. On January 22 2016 at about 9:15 in the morning particularly at P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station and ADS PAIDSOTG led by SPO2 Jojit V. Quijada had implemented the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-12 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by ALIAS TETENG BATUCAN, witnessed by Brgy Coun. On January 22, 2016 at about 9:30 in th morning particularly at P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station and ADS PAIDSOTG led by PI ALDRINE O CAMU had implemented the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-11 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by ALIAS REN-REN JUDILLA, witnessed by Brgy Coun. Estores Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Broy Bacla-an Sr. and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real name later identified as JASON DOLORIDO MALAGAR alias UGOY, 33 yrs old (DOB-Nov 27, 1982), with live-in partner and a resident of P-4, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. h1. Two (2) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (then marked as UG-1 to UG-2 signature), having an estimated net weight of 4.0 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Forty Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 47,000.00);

h2.One (1) piece hand grenade, then marked as “GOY and signature”

h3.One (1) piece super .38 caliber live ammunition, then marked as “SON and signature”

On January 22, 2016 at about 10:30 in the morning particularly at P-4, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City, ADS, elements of this station led by PSUPT REYNANTE N SIBAYTON, had implemented the Search Warrant with Search Warrant no. 2016-15 for Violation of R.A 9165, dated January 19, 2016, to the house occupied by NILFA TEJERO TAREAO, witnessed by Brgy Capt. Lilibeth A. Tanjay Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Jeaneth Celo. and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real name later identified as NILFA TEJERO TAREAO alias Nilfa, 38 yrs old (DOB-Nov 27, 1982), with live-in partner and a resident of P-3, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, and occupant IMPOK SANGKAD MANSARUNAY alias OPAO, 30 years old, (DOB: Unknown), married, and a resident of P-1A, Brgy Taglatawan, Bayugan City, ADS, were apprehended. Searching team led by SPO1 Marife B Quiñanola, had seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;

Thirty Two (32) pcs heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, (then marked as NT-1 to NT-32 signature), having an estimated net weight of 10.0 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php 100,018.00);
i2.Five (5) pieces Disposable lighters, then collectively marked as “NI and signature”

i3. One (1) piece scissor, then marked as “NIL and signature”

i4. Two (2) unit assorted cellular phone, then collectively marked as “ NILF and signature”

Charita P. Estores Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, Media Reporter Jhungie Librias and DOJ representative Myrna C. Dairo. Subject of the Search Warrant with real name later identified as CORSINO REYES TANJAY JR alias Don-Don, 36 yrs old (DOB-Nov 23, 1979), with live-in partner and a resident of P-2, Brgy Maygatasan, Bayugan City ADS, was apprehended. Searching team led by PO1 Arnel Tecson, had seized / recovered from the aforementioned premise, the following items;

One (1) commando matches, containing four (4) pcs. heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, then marked as CT-1 to CT-4 and signature, having an estimated net weight of 0.7 grams, and having an approximate total DDB value of Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 8,000.00);

j2. One (1) piece Disposable lighter, then marked as “COR and signature”

j3. One (1) piece scissor, then marked as “CORSI and signature”

i4. One (1) unit cellular phone, then marked as “CORSIN and signature”

All Aforementioned arrested suspects, and seized / confiscated items were immediately brought to the custody of this station for proper disposition and documentation, to be presented to the issuing court, and to be brought to PNP Regional Crime Laboratory Office 13, for screening and confirmatory testing.
